About Casino Digest

Casino Digest is free to read because casino operators pay us. This page says plainly how that works, so that you can weigh what you read here with the full picture in front of you.

The business behind the site

casinodigest.org is published by Pennantwise Interactive Limited, a company registered at 10 Cannon Lane, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. The company is not a casino, a sportsbook or a game studio and does not offer gambling of any kind. Its income comes from affiliate agreements with operators whose brands appear on the site.

What happens when you click

Most buttons beside a casino or bonus ("Get bonus", "Visit casino", "Play now", "Claim bonus", "Register & play now") point to a short address on our own domain, for example casinodigest.org/go/ followed by the brand. That address forwards you to the operator and attaches a click reference, so the operator can tell that the visit came from Casino Digest.

When the visit ends in a new account, and often only after a first deposit, the operator credits our company. Depending on the agreement, that credit is a single fee per new depositing player, a share of the revenue the operator earns from the account over time, or a mix of the two. You pay nothing extra, and the bonus you receive is the one the operator offers to everyone arriving from partner sites.

The click reference is the same random visitor number held in the mz_vid cookie. It does not contain your name or email, and we do not receive your account details, deposits or game history from the operator; we see only totals that the partner programme reports back. The cookie policy lists every cookie involved.

When a partnership ends

Agreements with operators start and stop. When one ends, the brand may stay in our reviews with an ordinary link, or it may be removed from lists that are built around partner offers. Either way the review keeps the facts we had collected.

Not everything we publish earns money. Game rules, the gambling dictionary, payment explainers and our responsible gambling section usually contain no partner links at all. Links to support organisations, licensing authorities and game studios are never paid.

Where payment has an effect, and where it does not

Being honest about this matters more than sounding neutral. Commercial agreements can decide which operators we review at all, and they can play a part in where a brand appears in a list or which offer we feature at the top of a page. We tell you that openly rather than claim the order is purely editorial.

What payment does not buy is the content of the information. Bonus amounts, wagering requirements, payment limits, withdrawal times and licence details are taken from the operator's published terms and are not changed because an operator pays us. A review mentions slow payouts, strict bonus rules or a thin licence whether or not the brand is a partner. If an operator asks us to remove a fact that is true, the fact stays.

Check before you sign up

An affiliate link is a doorway, not a recommendation to gamble. Before opening an account, read the operator's bonus terms and general terms, confirm the licence on the regulator's own register, and make sure online gambling is permitted where you live. Players must be 18 or the higher age set by their country.

Sponsored content

Operators are not given the right to write or sign off our reviews. Any article that is paid for as a whole, rather than earning through partner links, will be labelled as sponsored at the top of the page.
