Their gaming license is issued by the authorities of that same country, and that’s a fairly common find in online casinos, as Curacao is one of the top jurisdictions used by such operations. This particular casino was launched in 2020, which means that it’s still considered new. You would not be able to tell if you looked at what they had to offer though, as more than 4,200 games are available on their platform, and there are dozens of high-end developers contributing to this impressive collection.
The brand that they’ve built here, borrows from the Russian Tsars, rulers of the country up to the beginning of the 20th century. Despite the site’s branding, there is no real connection to Russia, the casino doesn’t even offer a translation in that language. The options given are for users to use their site in English, Canadian, Spanish, Australian, Finnish, Norwegian and Danish versions.
It’s a site that they’ve designed quite well, with thumbnails for the various games they’re promoting is about four times larger than the basic ones you tend to get at most casinos. They just seem to be putting more effort into the presentation of these titles, which is to be appreciated.

It’s not a great idea if you’re looking at a bonus where you are getting only a 25% match, since you have to work too hard to meet the wagering requirements, and the payout is relatively small.

A lot of others might consider this excessive though, particularly the monthly/yearly limit.

Final Thoughts
The experience that Tsars Casino is one that has its pros and cons. It’s the type of casino to either do very well or quite badly in different areas. My definite pros, in this case, would include the huge collection of games available, one of the biggest in the world if their figures are correct, along with the option of using cryptocurrencies, their first deposit welcome bonus, as well as the actual design of their site.
Some cons exist as well though, and the fact that some FAQ sections are not written yet and that those pages are filled with dummy text is one more proof that this is still a new casino, which has some work to do before it proves itself. The low limits placed on withdrawals are also not appreciated, and the main reason why I wouldn’t recommend this casino to high rollers unless they get those limitations removed as VIPs. Lacking a lot of the popular table games, it seems to be mostly aimed at slot machine players.
Overall though, I would never recommend this online casino. It belongs to a group that operated under a fake address simply to rip off players. I’d say that most players will not have fun playing at Tsars Casino, and especially those that are trying to claim winnings, and want to withdrawal.
